When Mary was two and a half years old, her dad had her life planned out for her, like who she was going marry and where she was going live (Queen Bloody). Mary’s father divorced her mother when she was little. When they divorced, it separated Mary from her mother. Her father then got married to Anne Boleyn. This placed the princess outside the succession to the throne.

At this time, Eleanor was not even at the age of ten years old yet, and then also soon found out that her father had passed away as well. She began school at Mademoiselle Souvestre’s, and then finished her schooling at South Fields, England, where she began at the age of fifteen years old. She got married to her tall, handsome cousin, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in March of 1905. She had six children, one of whom died as an infant, by the year of 1916. Eleanor Roosevelt lived a very nice life, but sadly she died on November 7, 1962, in New York City.
Henry had wanted a son so severely that he had had his previous wives beheaded since they gave him no sons (Eakins). Anne thought that she was expecting a boy, but sure enough, Elizabeth came out. This was somewhat of a disappointment to the King. In May of 1536 (Sparknotes), before Elizabeth was even three years old, Henry had Anne’s head cut off after he – possibly falsely – charged her with incest and adultery. Henry then remarried Jane Seymour who would soon expect a son.
