Preventing an injury is important for many athletes all over the world, and for people that are physically active. Preventing injuries can benefit an athlete in the long run. Athletic trainers help athletes and physically active people stay healthy for what they do on a daily basis.
They also need to know the body so they can tell you what the problem is. You must know about the muscles and know if it is hurt. If someone tears their ACL you need to know that they tore it and know what to do to sustain them until they get to a hospital.
