In the late eighteenth century, the European Industrial Revolution transformed society, class and work. It evolved production and technology, and ultimately changed the industry as a whole. It improved many ideas, as well as consequences. The Industrial Revolution began in Britain in the late 1700’s and spread out throughout Europe and eventually, the whole world. The new methods of urbanization that were created impacted Britain in socially. This yielded in major separation throughout the population. Additionally, Britain’s ideologies were challenged and led to the idea of Imperialism. There were consequences that followed the Industrial revolution. However, the consequences that emerged weren 't only negative, they were also positive. The Industrial Revolution was successful for Britain. It greatly improved production, wealth, government, and power. Britain became a major source and model for the other countries. The concept that altered society was the idea of urbanization. Urbanization changed Europe from its previous agrarian lifestyle into a society that was centralized around cities and factories. The production of coal, iron, and technology of railroads and transportation made Europe a great source for business. However, the new methods of harshly impacted the workers.
