On a typical visit to a restaurant, customers usually have a waiter that provides excellent customer service. The life of a waiter/waitress can be stressful. Waiters work environment are fast-paced and chaotic. Loud conversations, constant movement, accurately relaying the orders to cooks, taking orders and delivering food at a precise pace, and taking payments for multiple tables at the same time can be tense. Because of all the commotion that occur while working, it is important to have a positive attitude. There are many aspects that shape and influence the performance of a waiter.
