Body Plastic Surgery Procedures Liposuction - Dr. Thomassen removes deposits of excess fat to slim and reshape various parts of the body. Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) - Used to tighten and smooth underlying supportive tissue that is responsible for defining the shape of the upper arm.
