Fitness Did you know that exercise increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity? It doesn't only help with your brain but it helps with your whole body. In recent years, many people have become increasingly aware of their physical fitness. Well, I wonder why, it’s because it has something that’s free and you can do it any and everywhere. Some of the benefits from exercising are: it will improve your memory, you will have better posture, it will boost your confidence, it’s a way to de-stress from a long day, you’ll sleep better, you will have more energy, you will get sick less often, you’ll live longer, and you will just be happier in general. I mean who doesn't want all that in your life. Seems like exercising will make life a little easier. “Regular physical activity of at least moderate intensity provides general health benefits across a range of diseases and across all ages.
