Physical effort comprises getting up and moving around to complete your goal. Primarily, effort begins with being physical and always moving forward. What comes to mind when thinking about physical effort is my mother. Specifically, my mother is from Mexico, she lived a ghastly life there. She had already my older brother, and at the time she was pregnant with me. Identical to every mother in the world, she desired the best for us, but she just didn’t see a bright future for us in Mexico. Thus, my mother decided to go to the United States knowing that the journey would be dreadful. My mom was full of perseverance and used of lots of physical effort to give her kids a better life. Furthermore, my mother used all the physical effort she had with her while pregnant. As an illustration, my mother had to walk many miles on a desert-like terrain and even had to go barefoot for a while after going through a river with currents that felt like a hurricane, after that swim she just took off her shoes because they
So this “Universally Felt” force of exhaustion is not all-powerful anymore. It does not have to be the subject of our nightmares or the reason for our failures. The way we as humans prepare for our various “battles” in everyday life—in all aspects—can positively or negatively affect our success in it against our archenemy exhaustion. “The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender.” (Vince)
My life has been full of things that I have been putting off, just because it is not an official deadline does not make it any less necessary. There are so many things that need doing, and so little time to do them all, why does getting something done seem so difficult? I am consistently busy with things that have to be done, and yet I am truly incapable of doing what needs done. There are a number of reasons for procrastination that are truly valid reasons, but identifying the problem and taking control is a necessary evil, finding the motivation to do it is the real issue. That is the question of the ages really, the book Human Motivation by Robert Franken points out that motivation, what it is, where it comes from, how to encourage it etc.

When it came to effort the difference between my sister and I was despite my sister’s adversaries; she still got her educational going and ended up finishing her general education early as proof as for her effort. Meanwhile, I was overwhelmed in a funk for about a year or two, that had cost me some of my high school years. My parents from the time I was in ninth to tenth grade tried to get me to school every day, but I just refused to go for some odd reason. Hard work is challenging work. But why does it have to be challenging work? Because challenging work, when intelligently chosen, pays off. It’s the work that people of lesser character will avoid. And if you infer that I’m saying people who avoid challenging work have a character flaw, you’re right… and a serious one at that. If you avoid challenging work, you avoid doing what it takes to succeed. To keep your muscles strong or your mind sharp, you need to challenge them. To do only what’s easy will lead to physical and mental flabbiness and very mediocre results, followed by a great deal of time and effort spent justifying why such flabbiness is OK, instead of stepping up and taking on some real challenges.

People all procrastinate at one time or another. Procrastination is the practice of delaying work on important tasks in favor of less challenging ones. Chronic procrastinating hinders productivity and affects our state of mind by creating anxiety and stress (Reichelt). As deadlines approach, one often feels frustration and guilt for not starting on a task earlier. We often assume that projects won't take as long to finish as they really will, which often results in a mad scramble to finish the project in the twenty-four hours before the projects deadline. One of the biggest factors contributing to procrastination is the misconception that we need to be inspired or in the mood to work on the task at hand (Reichelt). However, the reality is that if you wait for the “right time” you will most likely wait for an indefinite amount of time and the task will never get completed.
The absolute finest work someone can complete is not possible without intensity knocking on the door. It allows an individual to experience the highest realms of accomplishment, especially at the physical level. Physically, athletes are the ones to experience the true definition of intensity first hand through the way they prepare and compete. Intensity is the most tremendous physical or mental level of struggle that an individual can reach and experience while in the process of accomplishing a task. To experience absolute intensity in a daily environment is privilege due to it being earned and not given without dedication and work ethic.
