My passion lies in helping others in their daily lives through the use of pharmaceutical medicines. A Pharmacists role is very vital to ensure the right medicines are supplied to patients in an effective way to benefit and enhance the lives of others around me.I can directly work with patients as pharmacists are the most accessible members of the healthcare team.
I have gained valuable knowledge of Pharmacy and how medicines work by studying Chemistry, Biology and Maths. Throughout the Chemistry course I have developedanalytical and evaluative skills through numerous experiments and the observations and readings which enhanced my pharmaceutical skills. While studying chemistry at A level I became more interested in the wide array of medicinal drugs. During my work experience I had provided and delivered medicines to the community. A useful tool I had was having the ability to speak Panjabi. As the area I did my work experience mostly speak the language, I was able to fulfil what was asked and to help the patient with their issue at hand.
