The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, invited world leaders, from government, finance, business, and civil society to come together on September 23, 2014 in what was known as the Climate Summit 2014. There, these advocates for change would discuss ideas and actions that must be taken in order to reduce the damaging effects of climate change.
