We have more tests than ever, but the cysts have stopped, the pain is gone, and we have one more beautiful member of our family. Transition: Since Halloween, Alexis has grown plenty, ten months old now, and the cancer has not been seen or spread, it looks like we may be in the clear, things could change at any time and we will keep watch, but the outlook is good. Conclusion Reworded thesis: My daughter Alexis is a product of a series of timely coincidences, a compulsion to remove the birth control, a cyst that did not grow until it was nearly safe for Alexis, a doctor who did not want to operate until 37 weeks, which fell on a Friday, the only day he was available, which happened to be Halloween, our anniversary, all of which worked out to be a series of little miracles.
