According to Joshua Rottman, a student doctor in training with Deborah Kelemen, worked on a study which proves that no matter what people have as values, people mostly agree that suicide is immoral, whether for moral or religious reasoning and concern (Boston). This study shows that people of all different values can agree that suicide is immoral, regardless of their reasoning. This shows that even without research to determine a stance on the issue, people find suicide immoral, regardless of their personal reasoning.
