My argument is something not many people have to deal with, but for some it is a struggle they live with everyday including myself. These people I happen to be talking about are vegans, and how we have very limited lunch options in school, so I am going to put it upon myself to discuss why schools should consider vegan lunches. Doing this would help give everyone an opportunity to have a full meal at lunch, nutrition and health, could possibly increase test scores. Being vegan calls for no butter, eggs, cheese, milk, meat, fish, gelatin, honey and many more products; and as you can probably imagine it is very difficult to find things that don't have those products especially at schools who aren’t vegan friendly. Walking into the lunch room and watching people eat their chicken with mac and cheese and pepperoni pizza with milk chocolate pudding is pretty intimidating for me as a vegan because I have to be forced to be very limited with unsatisfying things. It isn’t a bad thing to consider serving vegan meals at school, actually it can be very beneficial.
