The problem is very clear. There are hundreds of people who are becoming victims of mass shootings. These victims are innocent people who didn’t deserve to die in such a cruel way. From the first theater shooting that happened in Colorado to the recent Planned Parenthood shooting that also happened in Colorado, gun related crimes have been increasing. Guns are being easily possessed and bought by people. A person can take a gun class that lasts for a couple of hours. After that, they become legally able to possess or buy a gun. With this being said, it is very easy to possess a gun. There needs to be a strict law that make it difficult for people to possess or buy a gun. This law should consist of background checks and even a couple of months in training to be legally able to carry a gun. With a strict gun law like this taking place, less gun related crimes will take place. It will become difficult for people to possess or buy guns for unnecessary reasons. …show more content…
