Imagine a world where there are no animals anywhere. There are still the ordinary cows, pigs, cats, dogs, but there is not a single tiger or rhinoceros. People all around the world have been killing animals for thousands of years and they need to stop and obey the laws. Make your voice heard for the animals; they can’t speak for themselves so we need to do it for them. Other reasons on why animals are getting put on the endangered species list and or going extinct: habitat intrusion, pet trade, climate change, and disease. Please help to save the animals or they won’t be here any longer.
Poachers are everywhere; “heck” one of them might be your next door neighbor.
Poaching is only one of the leading causes for animals being on the endangered species, so with all these poachers we need to protect the animals more closely. Animals that are close to extinction need to be placed into a zoo or sanctuary so they can flourish. People need to do this for the animals, they may not like it but it helps get their numbers up.
Certain animals need more protection than others because they don’t particularly need to be on the list. Animals like the Bangle Tiger or the Siamang are the most threatened besides others because they are loved for their skins or they are wanted as pets. They go through the pet trade there whole life because they are so rare and beautiful. Just because the animals are a prize kill or to have doesn’t mean people should harm or endanger them.

In the world where people live in is an enormous responsibility but also the greatest gift that people need to cherish and protect. The human race needs to step up and voice not only their concerns, but the concerns of all the animals endangered or not. Any species which fall into the categories vulnerable, endangered, or critically endangered are considered to be at risk of extinction. {Robert Redford} said “I think the environment should be put in the category of our national security defense of our resource’s because it’s just as important as defense abroad otherwise what is there to defend?”
People should all take the environment more seriously and protect the future for those to come. It’s our responsibility to ensure that the children to come may enjoy all of earth’s beauty, and not through old issues of [National Geographic’s].

ZSL states that the main reasons of extinct species are: Poaching, Pollution, Climate change, and Over Population of the human race due to the need of homes, shops, hospitals and other amenities. The rain forest once encompassed four billion acres of Earth has now depleted to 2.5 billion acres of Earth within a few hundred years. As a great deal is being done to help endangered wildlife as well as animals in general, there is still a considerable amount of improvements to make. “The exterminating of predators by governments or individuals is wrong-headed, extremely selfish, cruel and the very worst example of wildlife management. It is failed management. In today's backwards and upside-down world, our wildlife needs our protection, not extermination” (Pitt). We need to instill the good values of animals in today’s society so that we may work towards better maintenance of the future lives of these animals. Instead of mounting an animal’s head on the wall as a prize and reducing wildlife population, we should be proud of the variety of species we have on earth and leave them to live free.

Many people may argue that animal cruelty laws should not be stricter because abuse to animals and abuse to humans are on an entirely different level; however, the numerous studies connecting the violence to animals with the violence to humans are indisputable proof that lenient animal cruelty laws are not only unethical but also dangerous. Ask your conscious what is the right thing to do, and when it tells you, write to your congressman and ask them to fight for helpless animals’ rights, and if you join organizations such as the ASPCA, perhaps together we can successfully end the suffering.
Extinction is no longer just a natural process. It is an enemy, slowly changing our world into a barren wasteland where life is as rare as a flower in the Arctic Circle's winter. Humans are destructive. Not a lot of us think about how what we do affects the world around us. We almost act like we are the only ones on this planet. We go around polluting and destroying our world with no regard for our actions. The things that live out in the wild are paying the price for it. Every day that passes there is another animal or plant that is placed on an endangered list. This is happening at an alarming rate. Because of man’s desire to expand and conquer their surroundings, there are animals and plants that are on the brink of extinction that will not be around for our kids and future generations to enjoy if something is not done about it now. This problem has been going on for hundreds of years. There are animals and plants that can only been seen in paintings or early photography. It is because of our early ancestors that we have this problem today and we have to do more to prevent more animals and plants from disappearing forever.
Animals around the world deserved respect and fair treatment; therefore illegal hunting and animal abuse must be stop by having stricter laws and harsher penalties. animals are consider to be like humans since they share the same emotions with people.
