Child care is one of the major issues that any president should solve with extreme care because he is not only taking care of the children but also the future of the country. In the recent day’s one of the candidates for the presidency of the United States, Donald trump gave a speech about childcare and how he will change the policies such as the money the families need to pay per insurance. However, this policy will have more benefit for rich people rather than poor people, and depending in the place a person lives and the annual salary paid to them. In this case, both add the idea of Hillary Clinton’s plan, ´´Clinton’s plan aims to ease the financial strain of childcare for all families by capping costs at 10% of household income´´ (Carmel 2).this will beneficial because the people with more money will pay more than the poor people and will also make more easier to pay for other things that the poor people needs such as food, gas, electricity, etc. and continues stating ´´ Hillary Clinton’s plan to cap household child-care expenses at 10 percent of income delivers a lot more in the way of savings. The Economic Policy Institute calculated the state-by-state impact of a 10 percent cap and for states with higher populations and steeper costs of living´´ (Malloy 3) Hilary general ideal is to get income in a way that does not affect the poor income in general. This ideal is great because since the rich actually will pay more than the poor it cannot cause any harm or trade-off.
