Animal Experimentation You walk into a room with a mirrored wall that you can see through; you see a dog bed full of young puppies with doctors getting prepared for something. One of the doctors picks up the one of the adorable puppies, with their eyes barely open, and takes it to an operating table; he straps the puppy down as he applies one of your favorite make-up brands to the puppies’ skin, causing it to whimper because of the harsh chemicals that are in the make-up… Need I say more? Animal testing has been going on since early AD. At first, animal testing was just primarily used for research in order to give some explanation to why humans have certain illnesses and how they affect the body. A lot of animals are very similar to humans including monkeys, dogs, cats, etc. so they would use these animals and many others to experiment on. Animal testing used to be done in good heart, but as of today, especially in the United States, animal testing has gotten quite cruel.
