I was really impressed with how well you retained the formatting of the cover letter and the resume. I did, however, notice a substantial amount of spelling and grammatical errors. For example, the words cleanup and salesclerk do not contain hyphens. Grammatically, there were several missed commas and a few words i personally would have rephrased. As a writer i would consider these few items imperative when writing a persuasive cover letter and resume.
I believe that I should be one of the few that gets to sit in a chair. Considering the fact that there will be multiple students writing this to you, I hope to persuade you into thinking that I should be able to sit in a chair.

JUSTIFICATION: In researching the possibilities that the bite marks can be falsely identified, I found that the analysis is not always an accurate way to identify the suspect, that being said I think that we should reconsider the partial bite mark being used as evidence.
I would like to start off with thanking you for having the time to review the work and effort that I have put into my English 101 Final Portfolio. In the time in class that I have had this quarter I have learned new techniques that I had not known before in writing, for example I have learned about how to build paragraphs in a correct formal way. In my work in the portfolio I hope to show how my skills as a writer have improved from the work I have done before. I plan to take the experience that I have had in this class and take it with me to help me improve as a student on other class topics. In the time that I have been in class I believe that it has helped me in a positive way to help me manage my time, along with building my confidence in writing. In this beginning of the quarter I had many challenges when it came to writing a paper and I feel that I have improved my skills when it came to writing an essay.

I am writing this letter as a self-reelection after taking WR 227 with you as my Professor. Like I mentioned in my e-mail I am not exactly sure how my career field will use writing, but after taking the class I realized that whatever it may be I will have the knowledge to do so. I feel more confident in my writing ability, and knowledge of how to find any material I could use on the job. Over the last term I would say my writing has grown in that I now know how to write professionally written documents. I would say the biggest success and proudest achievement was writing the resume and cover letter. I had originally taken a class in high school that was supposed to teach a bit of professional writing, but I think WR 227 was much better.
I have heard your pleas for help and sanctuary and I have decided not to send help. We greatly appreciate what you have done for us in the past, but the events of this voyage were too much. Dear President Rouhani, I could not agree more with President Warren. Excuse me, Senator Warren. Mr. President, what has been happening in some of our countries in our region for the past days, weeks, months, years, and decades, are very much unfortunate, the hostages are included. But keep in mind the terrorist organizations can not change our world for the better, only for worst. We the leaders have the capability of such a godly, and divine act. President Obama, the First Lady, Vice President Biden, Senator Warren, and others have been known by me for some wonderful years now. Releasing some of their own during the holidays will be a wonderful start for a better relationship between all of our countries in our world on the God gifted planet of ours.
...on, this course has taught me many different aspects to writing that I was unaware of in high school. This course has been incredibly fulfilling for me and has been nothing short of an amazing experience. I truly believe all of the things I have learned within this course, such as, writing proper thesis statements, proving my points within the body, discussing topics that critically engage my readers, the use of grammar, and many other essential skills will help me tremendously on my educational path. Although I have learned many skills as to writing a quality essay, I know there are many aspects to writing I can improve on, such as, expanding on my introductions and providing more background within my topics to the readers. I am extremely grateful for the various skills I have learned throughout this course, and I fully intend to utilize them all as I move forward.
When I sit down to write a paper I simply just stare outside from where I’ am sitting, until a great sentence comes flying across my head. If that doesn’t work or simply start double guessing myself, I end the conflict in bringing both my sister and parents into the argument. As a result, they end up resolving the issue through stating what sounds great on the sentence, or what can be done to make it sound better, by following all prerequisites. Most of which ends up giving an excellent pay off, since my parents are in my personal opinion a great help when it comes to starting an essay. While others may argue that parents don’t have sufficient educational background as to help them with anything related to school.
There were some minor errors (mostly punctuating complex sentences) that I highlighted; none of them impeded meaning. Review the handout or ask me if you are confused about those complex sentences with the dependent clauses. Regardless, and I think I’ve told you this before, you have a passionate and clear rhetoric that makes your writing engaging to read.
Summer has come to an end and school back in full swing. One is ready to crush the challenges facing a 5th grader. The last bell for recess sounds. Young boys race outside to enjoy the sun’s warmth. Name calling and horse-playing around immediately begins as they plan their weekend fun. Challenging each other to execute silly acts or daring one another to flirt with the girls across the playground. One yells out if you don’t jump from the top you are a sissy. Then one hears ask Julie out first. Recess is almost over when another one yells out he won’t…he’s a gay sissy. Silence has now blanketed the playground and one could hear a pin drop. Saved by the bell it was time to line up and head back to class. The final bell of the day
Before graduating one of the biggest fears was wondering what would happen after graduation. Only having theoretical knowledge in Human Resources just isn’t enough in today’s competitive job market. As luck would have it, during a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) meeting, this opportunity was made available to the members of SHRM. This was an excellent starting point in order to gain work related experience therefore an application, resume and cover letter was submitted to the manager of employment and compensation. Out of all the candidates that applied and interviewed for this position, I was chosen for this position.
A cover letter plays an important role in getting a job too. In your cover letter, as dr. Gunn suggests, “use all your writing abilities to convince the manager of your exceptional importance for this job, and you will be accepted.” Smooth and grammar free cover letter increases chances to get a job very much.
