This research looks at the different types of personalities. I believe having knowledge of what personality type that I have is very important to be successful in life, whether it be for professional or personal reasons. Understanding my personality type and the strengths and weaknesses that come along with it will help me understand who I am at a much more personal level. Throughout the research I am required to take personality tests that will grade what type of personality that I am. Once these exams have been completed we are to go much further in research of the personality type that we have been graded at. 2009, Pg. 105) ISTJ As required in this research I completed the Meyers-Briggs personality test. The result of that test was my personality type which is (ISTJ) Introvert, Sensing, Thinking and Judging. I found the results of this test to be fascinating as these results without a fault explained the person who I am. So what is a ISTJ personality type? “ISTJs are often called inspectors. They have a keen sense of right and wrong, especially in their area of interest and/or responsibility. They are noted for devotion to duty. Punctuality is a watchword of the ISTJ.
