There are so many people in the world, and everyone is different in their own way, there are people of different religion, race, ethnicity, and personalities, but that's what makes everyone great in there own way. After taking the personality test in class, I discovered that my personality type is ESFJ-A. Which mean I am an extrovert, sensing type, feeling type, and judging type, and the A stand for assertive. ESFJs mostly focus on the outside world and asses their experiences subjectively. ESFJs also base most of their judgments based on their belief system, and on the effects of actions on others. ESFJs tend to be very literal and concrete, and they are known for bringing out the good in people, and very good at understanding what others …show more content…
I feel as though the E, extravert, suits me very well. I love being around other people, especially my friends and my family, and I feel as though when I am around others I am always energetic, and outgoing. Also I am a great conversationalist I love starting conversations, especially with new people, I love hearing what others have to say, and I love telling others about myself. I also believe that the S, the sensing type, suits me very well too. I feel like I am a very precise person, and aim for perfection in things. I also feel like I am a very down to earth person, and very practical with things. Lastly, is very precise with my work, whenever I work on something, I work very hard, and I check it over and over again until it's as perfect as it can get. As for the F, the feeling type, I feel as though it also suits me very well. I am always aware of how other people feel, and I am always there for them. For example one day my sister was upset because she got a bad grade on her test, and I cheered her up by making a bun of jokes and just being funny, and it made me feel very good to see her smile after she was upset for a while. Also whenever there is a conflict whether it's between my friends or my family I always try to stay out of it, so I can help resolve the conflict, and a lot of times I have helped solve many conflicts. One of my biggest pet peeves is telling people unpleasant things, I feel …show more content…
The father through the son a celebration for coming back in great health, the oldest son was walking back from the field and heard the celebration and asked someone what was going on, and they told him. There has defiantly been times throughout my life when i am like both of these sons. An example of me being like the oldest son is when I always ask my parents for money, also whenever my sister gets something, and I dont I sometimes get a little jealous of her. There have also been times where I was like the youngest son. For example a lot of things in my life I work for like sports, school, money, and it feels really good to be awarded for my hard work. Also there have been times when I have done something I probably shouldn't have and told my parents, and they ended up not being extremely mad because I told them the truth. Lastly, in the future I feel as though i will have an opportunity to be like the father, especially when I have kids and one of them is always spending money, I feel like I would give it to them in the beginning, but eventually get to a point where I tell them they need to get a
As we live our lives each day we probably do not contemplate our personality types or how our types intertwine themselves in our mannerisms and actions. I recently took a personality test from the “Jung Typology Test”. The test revealed that I am an extravert, sensing, thinking, and judging which we will refer to as an ESTJ throughout this discussion. The personality test reveals your four types of personality along with your two temperaments associated with your type. As an ESTJ, I fall into the SJ (sensing, judging) temperament. In this discussion, I will attempt to explain what I have learned about myself through the personality test as well as correlate my type with my temperament. With the information revealed in tests, I will reflect
Type A Personality or Type A Behavior Pattern (TABP) include typical responses of competitiveness, time urgency, and hostility. Type A’s normally strive towards a goal without feeling a sense of joy in their efforts or accomplishments. They also seem to be in a constant struggle against the clock and become impatient with any delays and unproductive time. Type A’s also tend to see the worse in others and display anger, envy and lack of compassion (McLeod, 2017).
My outcome indicates that I express strong extrovert qualities, moderate expression, strong feeling, and moderate judgement. In the beginning, I did not truly understood the meaning of my personality test results. After further investigation, I learned that the ESFJ portrays “dependability, dedication, and commitment to providing for the needs of others (CareerTest, 2017) .” They enjoy caring for individuals as well as assuming leadership positions. I learned that the ESFJ relies strongly on feelings when making decisions. People with ESFJ personality type tend to struggle with balancing right and wrong decisions. However, they strongly lead with their hearts rather than their heads, which can sometimes lead them to make quick judgements rather than contemplating the circumstance (CareerTest, 2017)(Humanmetrics, 1971). I believe that the traits common with ESFJ are closely match my own. As an extrovert, I love meeting new people as well as spending large quantities of time with the people I love and I often feel most energized with large groups of people. My idea of sensing information comes from what I have learned from the external world. I am able to understand information
My personality description is INFJ: introvert, intuitive, feeling, and judging. INFJ are people that are caring, and instinctual people, which means that they would think stuff that are not reasonable, but they would relate more on how they feel about any situation. People that have a INFJ personality tend to have everything organise. We also tend to be complex on certain things, but at the same time we are very creative people. There is also only one percent in the world of this type of personality. People with INFJ personality are also very protective of their families. The personality inventory has describe most of me. Some parts I'm not completely convence. For example people that are INFJ are not at complete peace with themselves. I believe
From reading all of the information on my personality type I know that I am an energetic person who is too selfless and very caring. I am always supportive of others and I love to help others out. I am good at understanding where everyone comes from. I am also very dependable and I love structure and organization and I like
After completing the test, the letters that represent me the most are E.S.F.P. An Extraversion bearing of energy is mainly focused on others rather than being self centered. I tend to think of others but only because I wouldn't want to be in the position that they’re in. Usually they are relaxed and very outgoing with others, which I am. They can be very sociable and confident when talking, but i'm only a confident speaker when it comes to a small portion of people.
According to 16personalities.com(n.d.). My personality type is that of “The Campaigner” which is described as an extrovert that is made up of several individual traits such as extraverted, intuitive, feeling, prospecting, and assertive (para. 1). “ENFPs represent roughly 8% of the general population and are optimistic, energetic, and see life as full of possibilities” (The Champion, 2016, para.1). I think that discovering my personality type brought a lot of things to light for me that somewhat describe me as a whole.

Junior high drama is everywhere, just like oxygen to breath, you can never get away from it no matter what. Stumbling back into the junior high was the last thing I wanted to do, but I had my parents on my back. All I thought about was high school, and how I wanted to be there instead of this prison. I would move on to bigger and better things in high school. Thankfully, this was my last semester then I would be set free, leaving it all in the past. I was hoping to get through this hell with out any setbacks, but I must have jinxed myself. Some of the mistakes I make I can just blow off, but this critical mistake could cost me my future. Until this day I can still remember every thing that happened. I have always asked myself, “Why did I forward that message?”
Characteristics a feature or quality belonging to a person, place or thing and serving to identify it. There are many personal characteristics that can define a person as an individual; some characteristics determined if a person is nice, disrespectful, intelligent, or not intelligent but it determines how a person interprets you. I believe that every individual has integrity as one of their characteristics, but my top three characteristics are Integrity, Compassion, and hard-working and for the person who carried me throughout my whole life “my brother” his characteristics would be his responsibility.
Personality can affect all different aspects of one’s life. There are links connecting personality to academic and occupational success and social relationships. Health can even be affected by personality because immunity can be altered by personality traits like sociability, optimism, and carelessness. Personality determines the way social interactions occur and when social relationships are determined by how the interactions occur personality can really affect the way one builds social relationships. Just like social relationships, academic and occupational success are affected by personality traits like carelessness, mastery, and agreeableness.
Personality traits can be manifested as strengths or weaknesses depending on the situation, and personality tests can help individuals maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses within the organizational structure. Organizational behavior is critical to organizational effectiveness, and these tests can also point individuals toward certain careers or organizations that are good fits. Pearson Education’s MyManagementLab (2016) contains a series of personality tests and the following discussion analyzes the results of these tests as they apply to my personality and my career. The writing contains illustrations of my personality traits in action. The text also highlights areas of improvement that will enable me to be a better employee, co-worker,
We shape our personality in many ways either it’s kids in the playgrounds, the values, neighborhoods, parents job, family problems, bullying, or siblings. Everyone is different some have more impact that other. The way children see the world by what’s around them, children see everything good or bad. Parents want what's best for their children, protecting them against the world but they will still grow up and learn what's really out there. It can help them be a better person to know what's right and wrong or it can confuse them more and wonder out the world. It builds up little by little they will have their own mind and their personality will grow.
