When I completed the Personality Profile test, the grand total results that I got was twenty-eight for white, fourteen for blue, two for yellow and none for red. After checking the Color Coded Motives paper on February 18, I found out that the color for my personality trait was for peace. When my girlfriend did this personality test, the results she got for this test was fifteen for blue, followed by white at eleven, red at ten and lastly yellow in which she scored a nine. The blue color that my girlfriend received according to the Color Coded Motives is for intimacy. Different personality types affect both positively and negatively when it comes to communication. For example, if someone has an outgoing personality or extroverts, they tend to communicate well and effectively with others. They are more assertive and confident in which gives them a head start when it comes to opportunities that involve people. Outgoing people will express their opinions and keeps conversations flowing, which makes them a good communicator. A shy or introvert person tend to keep their feelings and opinions to themselves and because of this they usually lack communication skills and usually are not as assertive as the outgoing person in which results to less opportunities when it comes to socialization and job options.
