Personality, everyone in the whole world has it. The word “Personality” came from the is a Latin word “persona” meaning “mask” (Feist & Feist, 2012,). Personality is the physical, emotional, mental, and social characteristics of a person. Starting from birth everyone had their own unique personality so this basically means that no two people are the same. Every person has his or her own characteristics and unique traits that make up who they are. As we are growing some along the away figure out or have an idea of what type of person we are. Those five traits make individual personality. People who fall in the openness category are very adventure, curiosity, and appreciate new things. An individual who is “conscientious are organized and have a strong sense of duty. They're dependable, disciplined and achievement-focused “(Gray, 2001). People with extraversion personality tend to be talkative, sociability, energetic, and stay positive. Agreeableness “is a personality trait manifesting itself in individual behavioral characteristics that are perceived as a kind, sympathetic, cooperative, warm, and considerate” (Gray, 2001. Sociable is the main goal for those who are high in the agreement. Moreover, a person who is high on the agreeable level are more care because they are willing to put everything to focus. Agreeableness these “individuals are helpful, friendly, considerate, and generous. Their basic belief is that people are usually decent, honest, and trustworthy” (Gray, 2001). Their biggest advantage matinée harmony in the at work place. Introverts sometimes avoid large groups of people, feeling more energized by time alone. Lastly, is introversion/extroversion personality. People who have introversion/extroversion personality seem to find their energy on interacting with other people. They foster relationships throughout their lives by building and maintaining personal networks. This quality often makes relationship-oriented leaders successful” (Anzalone, n.d,). Also, the leader cares about the well-being of their team members. Moreover, this style of leader inspires other members to be a good team leader, and learn to collaborate with others. Relationship- oriented leader puts people first just like many police officers who risk their lives to make sure we are safe, overall relationship- oriented leader care about everyone member of the group.
