Photo Shoot Before we even started our jobs, an email was sent to our personal email address telling us to sign up for a shoot of professional photos to be displayed on the firm 's website. This is big. Just consider how often I stalk people online and judge people based on their website photo, my own career may hinge on my website photo too. As a result of my over-excitement, I booked for an eight-thirty appointment. At that time, my thinking was to get over with this before the busy attorney day begins. Plus I get to avoid people too. But I realized that I am over ambitious and it was completely unnecessary since I have no work other than the photo session on Thursday. The Sephora "makeup artist" was named Aria, a girl with dark and curly hair and heavy eye makeup on. Their hair and face are part of their brand image and I wonder whether Sephora gave them free makeups as tools of the trade. Aria brought over a palette the size of two palms, housing a dozen colors of eye shadows. Most of them are different shadows of brown, with one exception of reddish shade. How they are different from the shades that I bought is beyond my beauty intelligence, and that is why I threw myself into the arms of a Sephora gal. She also came with an array of dozens of brushes on her waist. For this free session, she only used two brushes, maybe three. All in all, I am content with my new look.
