Worldview: Personal Portfolio
Philosophy and Religion:
1. I was raised in the philosophy/religion of Islam. Everything that I have done in my life thus far such as my decisions, thinking, and preferences the philosophy/religion that I was raised by played a big part in that; I can’t say completely, but for the most part it has. I can’t say that Islam was my choice of philosophy/religion growing up, that was something I was born into. Now that I am an adult I have had the choice to make for myself if I wanted my philosophy/religion to still be Islam, and I have chosen for it to still be Islam. There was no pressure put on me to do such. To this day I have stayed committed to my decision, and plan on staying committed. I am very into a lot of different genres that I can’t honestly even chose my favorite. From horror to comedy I love it all. All the movies I have chosen to watch have been from my conscious choice. My choice in movie genres I prefer plays no effect in my philosophy/religion, like I said previously I am into alot of different movie genres.
14. I watch many different movie genres therefore I don’t need to expand my preference in movie genres. I can utilize many things I have learned in Humanities 210 in film because now I can have many intellectual conversations about it.
Art of Being Human Final Question:
I can definitely use everything I have learned in Humanities 210 to produce a masterpiece of humanity in myself. Everything I have learned in Humanities 210 is something I can use in my everyday life. With all my new found knowledge in literature, music, art and such I can have many intellectual conversations with others. Thanks to Humanities 210 I am able experience so many more things that before I never even thought to try. I have learned so much about others and even myself and that’s all thanks to Humanities
