Personality as explained by Hughes, et al (2015), is the imprint a people make on each other. Additionally, personality underlines the fundamental, concealed structure and procedures inside a person that clarify our behaviors. My personality can be seen as decisive because I try as much as possible to make effective decisions and take quick actions relating to a controversial issue. In addition, I am determined to be the best in whatever thing I find myself doing. I try to bring the best out because it gives me fulfilment and joy. This personality dimension is concerned with how individuals respond to stress, change, disappointment, or individual criticism (Hughes, et al, 2015). With this personality dimension, I think I either do not fall in this dimension or I score low in it. Because, I do not take my mistakes or failures personal. I believe that when you fail attempting to do some, I provides you with the opportunity to try other possible means in accomplishing the thing rather than doing it the same way every time and it helps in developing creativity skills.
