Warriors: Wizards :: Mushrooms: Pigs
The sun shone brightly as I stared off into the distant grass, swaying unrelentingly as the winds lashed upon it. But within the silky surface of the monotonous sea of green, I spotted an interruption – a staccato in the melody of the breeze. From afar, I could see only see a vague outline, but I knew it was approaching me, mindlessly yet fervently as if I were a light and it were a bug.
And so it began.
I tightly wielded my club. I could feel the coarseness of the wood beneath my battle-worn fingers. I lifted the weapon and situated it in front of me, grasping it firmly with both hands. I was a warrior, ordained by the venerable Chief Sitting Bull under the auspices of the proud tribe of Perion; I was not going to disappoint them. Honor above life, and killing enemies above all.
Yeah…
I painfully watched my brother play his third hour of Maplestory, an online interactive game made by Korean programmers where the whole purpose is to defeat monsters to acquire new levels, magic, items – stuff you want, basically. He had just started what was soon to be his utmost craze and had just spoken to Chief Sitting Bull, an elderly man who appeared to be Native American, as he was adorned with elaborate feather-work and his clothing was of tanned skin. He was the typical Native American, you might say, and everything seemed to be in place. Almost too perfectly in place – except for the random black people that sporadically appeared among members of the Perion tribe.
“Why don’t you head south east?” Perion was located in the northwest, and, seeing as he had a lot more training to do, I suggested that he explore the vast world. He headed south towards Henesys, which was a small uneventful, unimp...

...that it logically looked completely harmless – I was not ready to underestimate it because of my preconceptions. In this world, it was either kill or be killed.
I swung at it with the heavy club, and, within moments, it closed its eyes serenely and dissolved.

Pokemon Go is a game loved by fans of all ages. Since its release, people have be out trying to “Catch ‘em All”; however, it does have its flaws. Since I love pokemon (and handheld games), I knew Pokemon Go was going to be great -- and it was. At least for a while. Once Pokemon Go had a certain bug fixed, It was impossible to search for a specific pokemon. Tell me if this sounds familiar. You’re walking around playing Pokemon Go when suddenly a pokemon pops up on the radar. Not having that pokemon you start walking. After minutes of searching you still haven’t found it. So you run around some more. And when you finally find that pokemon, you’re out of pokeballs. Then you are forced to run away and leave that pokemon you spent your precious
I’m running as fast as I can to set the last fire for the trap. I’m beginning to think that I might have a chance of winning the Hunger Games. If this strategy works and kills all or most of the career tributes then this game will be a lot easier to win. I am so glad that I have Katniss as an ally. I miss my family back in district 11 even though it was tough living there I still had a lot of fun with my family. I know I’m safe when I’m with my family and Katniss really gave me that feeling; the feeling of being at home with my family. She makes me feel stronger and less lonely. She helps me escape from the thought of dying in this arena but slowly the thought fades away and I start to feel afraid again. I remember that this is the Hunger Games, not just a random TV show. There is only one winner and it’s either I kill Katniss or she kills me, but I would rather her kill me. She has to take care of so much like her family in district 12. If we had a choice I would let her kill me. I thought to myself, what if I get killed before I even reach the place where I set the fire? What if I get… and before I could even finish what I was thinking my legs were caught in a knot I believe was made out of rope and then a net came down and trapped me. I fall to the ground. I could feel my heart beating as fast as hummingbird’s wings flapping from flower to flower. I tried to call for help but no one answered; I felt so stupid knowing that we were all in a competition when we kill each other to win and I’m asking for help. As the moon passes by I just think about all the happy times I’ve spent with my family and the time I’ve had with Katniss. I laugh and cry while thinking about everything. It seemed like it was just yesterday when I was harves...
After I crossed the bridge, it dawned on me what had happened to the bridge. It just started to rust so it didn't happen too long ago. It was either the flood from 2006 or 2008 that completely twisted the metal bridge in to an almost unrecognizable heap. As I turned to continue my hike toward Maple Falls, I began to think, "What was I going to encounter later that day or any other day on the mountain that was effected by the floods?"
On Thursday May 10, 2018 at approximately 08:15 a.m. I met with Port Richey Police Chief Decanio. Chief Decanio advised me; prior to my arrival he received a phone call from Vincent Lupo who is the city manager of Port Richey. Chief Decanio advised me Mr. Lupo stated that he received a phone call from the Mayor of Port Richey, Dale Massad stating he had three fire arms stolen from his property within the last two weeks. I was then dispatched to 8221 Hayward Lane, Port Richey Florida in reference to 3 missing firearms.

I am sleeping once I hear the last cannon fire. My trap worked! I awake and walk out to see Claudius at my cave. This is how it will happen. I am the male tribute from District 2, and I’ve got a deal for you! I know you guys (and girls) love to bet (you should see a mentor if you have a gambling addiction) and I am your best bet! While I may be asthmatic and have restless leg syndrome, I am going to win the 75th Hunger Games and should be sponsored because I am level-headed and calm in tough situations, I am intelligent, and I am great at all of the essentials of camping!
Domestication has significantly changed the evolution of human responsibility by designating areas of land, and training the fauna to fit our new agricultural way of life. Fauna such as dogs, sheep, pigs, cows, horses and more, have been fundamentally transformed by humans to make our lives better.

The sunset was not spectacular that day. The vivid ruby and tangerine streaks that so often caressed the blue brow of the sky were sleeping, hidden behind the heavy mists. There are some days when the sunlight seems to dance, to weave and frolic with tongues of fire between the blades of grass. Not on that day. That evening, the yellow light was sickly. It diffused softly through the gray curtains with a shrouded light that just failed to illuminate. High up in the treetops, the leaves swayed, but on the ground, the grass was silent, limp and unmoving. The sun set and the earth waited.
