If I was at my house with a storm coming in a hour to hit.The first step is listening to my radio for some clues about the tornado.Saying that a f5 the biggest ones coming, it is going to destroy everything in its path.I was in Facebook when I saw about the tornado coming.After I saw the news I went and told my family about it and also my friend. We got my radio and started listing for the tornado. We were starting to put wood in the windows and lock the door.For me and family and friend was scary because I was saying it was are last day.We will have to go to the basement to safety, away from the windows.
Also the f5 tornado is really strong, we will need food and water to eat if we get hungry.Also I saw the clouds how they were forming down to touched. Me and my …show more content…

Also about tornados they come ate night and day time sometime. We were still listing to the radio and it said “ alert “ because it touched now “ get some were to be safe.” We went to the basement fast and took any thing we needed. We were going to loos everything we had bye the tornado. When the tornado was right on top of uses the tornado sounded like a train or airplane. We were really bored just sitting down waiting for it to end.we could heard the house blown away. Also my friend that was with uses won't end to see his mom again because he was scared. After we heard that the tornado had ended, we went out side while the sky was sunny and blue. In the hood very house was blown away by the tornado. Many people died but some were injered. Although some may say Oklahomans are used to getting hit by storms and tornados, but the outcome is never something we get used to and this year, just like any other, we got hit. This tornado did major damage to houses, towns, and buildings, but what got this tornado so much attention was that it tore through an elementary school, that was unprotected from tornados, and killed seven children. According to the National Weather Service’s Top Ten Deadliest Oklahoma Tornados (1882-Present) this specific tornado is ranked number nine, killing 23 individuals and injuring 237 others. Even though there is a slim chance we could have saved everyone, we still could have saved those children in the Plaza Towers Elementary school. All they needed was a storm shelter at their school to take cover in and they probably would have all survived.
