Personal Narrative: My Trip To Disney World

1. When I had first got my license, I, of course as a young immature teenager wanted to drive everywhere. To the grocery store, to my friend's house, to the mall, to the gas station that was five minutes away. One day I was coming home from spending all day with my best friend. I was on the highway, driving at night, it was dark and late. I decided to make a detour and go get food to satisfy my late night cravings, so therefore I had to take a different exit then the one i was originally supposed to take. I kept on driving and a huge trailer started to change lanes without noticing that I was there. If I didn't change lanes as fast as I could the car would've hit me. I have been to Disneyland in California and it was pretty cool, but I had never been to Disney World in Orlando. So for spring break, my closest friends and I decided to go to Disney World and stay at a hotel in Orlando Florida. Disney World has four different parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. We went to each park on a different day. The first day we went to Magic Kingdom, it was magical and fun. Second, we went to Epcot, it was my personal favorite park. The day was bright and the sun was shining so bright. Epcot made me feel very connected to mother earth and nature, it was beautiful. The next day we went to Hollywood studios, it was nice and interesting, and the rides were so much fun, but sadly it rained so we didn't stay for much long. Last but not least, we went to Animal Kingdom. I absolutely loved it, the animals were beautiful. My experience was amazing, I would definitely like to go back one …show more content…

I've always been a person who loves to help others, so when I heard that there were families suffering hunger in the country my parents were born, I really wanted to do something about it. I told my parent that I really wanted to do something to help them, they agreed. We spent about 2 months and a half saving enough money to go to Honduras and buy enough food to feed a small town. My parents and I bought our plane tickets and when we got there the first thing we did is go to our hotel and rent a car. We bought as much clothes, canned food, fruits, bread, anything we could bring and bring it to the small town. When we got there we saw families living on the streets, with no clothes, no food, nothing. It was so sad, but what brought us joy was to see people's faces light up when they saw all the food and the new clothes we had brought them. I know it wasn't a huge impact but it was a start to end world
