My perfect day would start out with Abby and I playing the Wii. The game we would be playing is Michael Jackson: The Experience. Abby would probably beat me because I'm not that well of a dancer. After that, we will play some board games, preferably The Game of Life, Clue, and Trouble. Then we would put together some puzzles. After we finish all of that fun stuff, we pick up my mom and my sister and head to El Puretos. We order them all out of cheese dip, rice, and flour tortilla chips… basically the best lunch ever! After we wobble out of El Puretos, and hop on a plane that is going straight to Washington DC. When we land there, we catch a cab and go to Georgetown Cupcake. “It’s just like I had imagined it to be!” I said with enthusiasm in my voice. …show more content…
Meanwhile, Abby and I had make it over to the showcase display where they set all the cupcakes. “I wonder how many different kinds there are,” Abby says while basically drooling over the glass, covering the tiny, yummy treats covered in frosting. We tell them our order, Julia orders chocolate with chocolate frosting. My mom orders red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Abby orders a strawberry cupcake, and I order a vanilla bean cupcake. “Oh my goodness! This is amazing!” said Julia “I know, mine is so good!” said my mom. After we finish eating our cupcakes. We all go to an indoor volleyball court and play some volleyball. When we finish playing volleyball, we jump back on a plane and go to New Jersey. “Next stop is Carlo’s Bakery!” I said with the most enthusiasm in my
Their selection was a little limited but they had a cute platter that I just thought I needed to have. I'm not sure why my town is set up this way, but within walking distance of each other, there's Target, Home Goods, Pier 1 and World Market. It's a home decor lovers paradise. I made my way to Home Goods and then skipped across to Target where Madison wanted their organic cotton candy grapes and strawberries. By the way, if you haven't had cotton candy grapes, you're truly missing out. Once we were done shopping we headed home and Madison asked if we could do something together, either a craft or a recipe. With this being the 4th of July weekend, and with me being extremely lazy and not wanting to do anything, I decided to use what I had in the house and did these red, white and blue strawberries, which is something we've done in the past, we've just never photographed them for the
At the start of the afternoon, everybody just wished they were at the beach. By the end, all we could think about was how much fun we had playing board games. After Mom won for the hundredth time, we decided it was time for dinner. The smell of hotdogs and hamburgers floated throughout the house. Laughing, talking, more laughing, and even more talking echoed around us.
We were so excited that we came up with a flavor to submit! We asked our parents
It was a normal day . Zane and I got home from school. We ran up to our doorstep and inside. We ran to the kitchen to have a snack . We sat down and ate some crackers
Next, we went to a big park called Xcaret and went in a river that was really cold. Then we went snorkeling and I kind of liked it and we watched a lot of cool shows and left really late.
on the beach, we have lunch, a play in the sand and even ice creams
We stayed at the beach until it got dark, then we transitioned to the swimming pool area. The pools heated up, they were awesome! There was also a Jacuzzi, it was so relaxing, I was able to enjoy it for a while. My son actually learned how to swim by the end of the fourth night that was amazing. The next couple of days went by and the routine was pretty much the same. It was a great experience with the people I loved the most.
I took a hot shower and then my parents and I looked outside the balcony to see the outdoor section of the waterpark and there were lights everywhere. People were walking on the sidewalk and the mix of the night and all those balcony lights was beautiful. My mom gave me another shawarma sandwich for dinner and then I went to sleep.
When teen/kids get home from schoo, we make dinner and then we spend time with family. Then usually
There have been tons of things that I have learned and been taught in my life, by a number of people such as family, teachers, or even friends on occasion. The things they taught me vary from math and other related subjects to just some truly simple yet meaningful life lessons. However, there is nothing quite as unique, quite as special as a person teaching themselves a life lesson. It really is an amazing accomplishment for a person to teach themselves something. It is not quite as simple as another person teaching them something because it is not just the transferring of information from one person to another. The person instead has to start from scratch and process the information they have in their mind in order to come up with a new thought
Day one we went to Magic Kingdom. One of the first things I did was dab in front of Cinderella’s Castle. We then walked down Main Street and went on a roller coaster which was so much fun. On Day two we went to Epcot. We only got to go on one ride; Mission
Our first day was Hollywood Studios, home of the famous Hollywood Tower of Terror ride. Of course I rode the tower along with other amazing rides such as the Rockin Roller Coaster and Star Wars simulator. Here we ate at a restaurant called Mama Melrose from this restaurant we got tickets for reserved seats to probably my favorite part of Disney… Fantasmic. Fantasmic is a water, firework, and Disney character show. Even after such an awesome day, my family wasn’tr enough. I needed someone else to talk to. Thank god my friend from Josh is coming in three days. Afterwards we returned to our room to get a good night’s
I never really thought about where my life was going. I always believed life took me where I wanted to go, I never thought that I was the one who took myself were I wanted to go. Once I entered high school I changed the way I thought. This is why I chose to go to college. I believe that college will give me the keys to unlock the doors of life. This way I can choose for myself where I go instead of someone choosing for me.
"This was definitely an awesome experience for me." I thought to myself. "I really hope that I can do it again."
My dad and sister watched television, my mom crocheted, and I worked on my Kinderbuch for German class. As usual, everyone but me fell asleep. At 10:30, we packed all of our things into the back of the Tahoe and pulled around to he front to return the keys.
