Recommended: Abstract On Early Childhood Education

Child Care workers are very active because of the need to maintain a safe playful environment. Skills I may need include dressing and changing diapers. My communication skills will be important because I may have to talk to parents about their kids and their daily activities. I may be involved in planning the children’s meals and their activities. There are things I might have to do at the end of the day after the kids leave, for example, sanitize the toys, clean the day care, and vacuum. Child care workers have have a “Service Orientation were their are always looking for someone to help.”( Onet) When with the parents I might have arrange childcare or educational settings to ensure physical safety of their children. Then to work at someone else's daycare I would need a secondary education in early childhood development. I would need CPR certified . Childcare workers must have good writing and be able to speak clearly. They are also needing to be able to explain things in term for young children to understand. They are also needing to able to stay calm when helping the children when they learn or being taught something. They might also want to record the progress of the child’s development of what they have done while being at the daycare. Where can you put your childcare place at? Childcare workers are usually in the schools and sometimes in the grown ups house. If in a school the children are going to respect you more then the parents think in the house. Schools are places to learn and get stuff done and then at someone’s house they kids are going to start to not listen they will think it is their house and not follow rules. In my conclusion I think I would be a good childcare worker because I have patience. Then I love spending time with kids. I think I would be able to have a good time teach them colors and then have time to paint. I have spent some time at the RCC they have free time and have an activity in the morning while they paint melted snowman or anything their imagination takes
