Project management roles are the keys to manage the overall responsibilities and task of a project. The roles support the project manager for making decisions, monitoring project Progress, planning and set the scope of work of the project, managing issues, analyzing risks, defining the resource plan, developing time schedule and cost estimation, building team leadership, controlling the quality and arranging the benefits. However, top management should give a project manager a fully support and authority to be successful.

Perna Arts built a goal to make two to four movies per year but in 2007 the film industry has been changed by entering foreign firms, increased the funds and venture capitalists. All this reasons effect the film production like shot up the star prices, increase the number of films dramatically and impact the local film companies. Perna Arts on of the this impacted companies which decided to scale back production. I think decision has been built based on the experience of the project management in Perna Arts. They know they do not have the capacity to follow the big companies; therefore, they manage to continue in the industry by introducing new ideas and talents in the technology as well as the in the acting. They believe the quality is the way to compete the others. Therefore, they reshape goals to produce one film instead to 2-4 film. The purpose of the previous stage is to produce film has high performance, reliable and attractive. Mostly, quality is used to change the traditional systems or produces and get results with superior quality services and products in order to exceed customer expectations. The quality is the best way to keep customer satisfied with organization brand. Emphasizing on quality rather than quantity is the way of business successful. I thinks, the quality measurable should be built based on the customer needs and expectations though their feedback. Customer feedback is data that need to collect, arrange, analysis and interpret in order to produce product or provide service matched with customer satisfaction. “Quality begins with the design of a product in accordance with the customer specification further it involves the established measurement standards, the use of proper material, selection of suitable manufacturing process and the necessary tooling to manufacture the product, the performance of the necessary manufacturing operations and the inspection of the product to check the manufacturing operations and the inspection of the product to check on performance with the specifications”.
