Research questions : Are the Patient satisfied about nurse services in surgical unit ? Methodology : Quantitative methodology. The study will be carried out in surgical unit of king fahad hospital of dammam university in Saudi Arabia . Patient’s will be selected from the hospital . Sampling and sample size : Patient from surgical unit will be selected for evaluation of their satisfaction among nurse services . Inclusion criteria include : 18 years old or older , fully conscious and orientated , able to speak and write consent to participate . Exclusion criteria include : involved in a road traffic accident , Has a soft tissue injury located above the elbow . Total of 50 Patient’s will be selected from both genders while number of male 23 and female 27 . Recruitment : The questionnaire will be carried to the Patient in January 2017 in king fahad hospital of dammam university in surgical unit Personal contact to approach and recruit patient , Out of this approached patient male 18 and female 23 agreed to participate in the study
