Holland’s theory of types and person-environment interaction reflects Pandora’s career history path. Holland’s theory “describes differences in personality types. It provides an explicit link between various personality characteristic and corresponding job titles and because it organizes the massive data about people and jobs” (Niles & Bowlsbey, 2013, p.69). The theory describes four basic assumptions that apply to Pandora life. The first assumption states that in our culture, majority of people are categorized as one of the six types: realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional (Niles & Bowlsbey, 2013). According to Pandora work and childhood environment, she inhabits a social environment. A social environment requires participation in activities that inform, train, develop, cure or enlighten others. The environment allows people to see themselves as liking to help others, as being understanding of others and as seeing the world in flexible ways (Niles & Bowlsbey, 2013). At work, Pandora is able to help others with support and decision-making. She has the opportunity to practice her religious beliefs by offering prayer to youth that desires to be cure. At her childhood environment in Trinidad, Pandora was able to inform her sibling about different circumstances when her mother was unable to. The impact of Pandora personality and characteristic of the environment influences her behavior. The consistency between personality and environment allows Pandora to improve youth social and emotional contentment, expanded her relationship with God and share his goodness with others and is an inspiration to others. As a result, “higher degrees of consistency within personality types suggest more integration or harmony regarding traits, interest, values, and perception than lower degrees of consistency” (Niles & Bowlsbey, 2013,
