Some people are influenced by a single person. Many people are lucky enough to be influenced by a crowd of people. I am extremely fortunate that I fall into the latter category. Every person deserves to have one role model in their life. Saying this, plenty of people have simply walked into my life and affected at least some part of me. My grandparents, father, brother, babysitter, aunts, uncles, cousins all sculpt me into the person that I am today. Not one person in the entire world can be just as privileged as I am. While I have the great opportunity to be influenced by many people, my mother is the most important mentor in my life. First, she shows me how to handle situations. Also, she is a hard worker. Finally, she handles stress like no other person that I have met. To open, my mom instructs me on how I should handle everyday occurrences. She shows me that it is very important to attend school. Each morning, she wakes me up and confirms that I am prepared to take on a period of education. My mother constantly checks my grades and encourages me to achieve goals at my maximum ability. If I am having trouble in one class, she will take time out of her evening to help me study or gain a better comprehension of the subject material. Also, she is very committed to the community in which she lives. When a time to volunteer comes around, my mother is one of the first people to undertake a job. My initiative to do work has come about because of her inspiration. As a 4-H advisor, she helps children learn how to continue to grow and learn. This shows me that I should work at every opportunity to reach my full potential. In addition to all of this, my mother is very committed to her occupation. Her dedication to her job motivates m... ... middle of paper ... ...le as long as you attempt it. As long as I get out of bed every morning and give the day my all, I will have a prosperous life. She teaches me that regularly. Along with that, she is a great example for me to work hard. Without working hard, how will you ever be able to achieve your personal goals? You cannot expect someone to hold your hand through life and do everything for you. They have their own ambitions. My mom does not allow anyone to perform a task for her that she knows she can do on her own. Likewise, my mother can drive herself through any situation. From her, I learn that things could always be worse. Even if they cannot get worse, it simply means that they have the ability to become better. On my lowest days, she will still hold me in her arms and allow me to sit on her lap. To some people, she might be an average mother; to me, she is my role model.
I was born to a mother name Kellie Edith .I lived in Akron Ohio my whole life. My mom always told me and my sibling’s education was importance to have if you want to be successful. Although my Father wasn’t around, I never wanted for anything. My mom made sure of that. That’s why I love her, she was always independent. For years I have prayed that God will find a way to put my missing pieces together. My parents tried to convince me to go to anger management for my behavior. I decided to go to Job Corps to better myself. My mother’s favor quotes to her kids was key to success is knowing that failing doesn’t make you a failure, so my child pickup your shoulder, never look back. I hold it in my mind all the time. My favorite movies are Love & Basketball, Beyond the Light. My favorite color is blue. My hobbies are basketball, playing video games.
I will start off by talking about my amazing mother and how she help me out in the long run. My mother taught me to never rely on anyone that I can do whatever I set my mind to. She also told me that life is full of mistakes and I would always learn from them. She taught me how to cook
There are many people and events that have influenced me and shaped me into the person I have become, from my teachers to my parish priests. The one person who has had the most impact on my life is my cross country coach, Sarah Olesky. She has taught me that I can do anything if I put my mind to it and use a little hard work.
The most impactful individual in my life is my mother, Samantha Jarvis, and that is because, she is the one person I know will always be there for me and guide me when I need help. Its safe to say that I would not exist without her (and my dad) and while that is physically true, I also believe that I would not the person I am today without her. My mom has always encouraged me, even from a young age, to chase my passion for learning and find the answers to my questions. She is the one, I get most of morals, ideals, and work ethic from. My mom is one of those people who give a lot and expect nothing in return. She has been the sole provider of my family for the past 18 years due to my father having a broken back and being unable to work. She also the one that does the cleaning around the house, runs errands around town, takes time off work or skips lunch to take me or my sibling to therapy or, to the doctor’s office, and just about everything else.
When asked to identify the person who has had the most powerful influence in my life, the most obvious choice is my mom. She has been my teacher, counselor, role model, and friend for the past 17 years. For me, she has become a source of inspiration and a constant reminder of what true love really means.
Many different people have an individual that they look up to or that influenzed them in a certain way. Depending on the type of person and thier goals in life, the individual that influences that person may vary. Also, the person that influences other is not always a good individual, this person can be a ruthless dictator, or an individual that deals with drugs on some cases. In personal, Jordan or otherwise known as CaptainSparklez for his youtube channel influenced me to do what I enjoy the most because he didt follow what was expected of him, instead he followed his instict and now he does what he enjoys the most without it beign unporductive.
Up until this point in my life, I have been influenced by my father in regards to gender, my mother in religion, my parents politically, Lady Gaga from the media, and our dog Furgy personally. From this point on until I die, I will be influenced by many people and entities in many different ways. When I was young and easily influenced, the people around me created and set the mold for the person who I am and will be today and tomorrow, and I shall forever have been touched in some way by their presence in my life.
I have had many role models in my life I truly cherish but there are three great individuals who has molded and shaped me into the individual I am today. My first two positive influencers are Hermon & Eva Yates, my parents. My last role model is Sherry Wetherby, my sister in Christ.
To many people my mother was just a housekeeper but to us she was everything. My mother did not have the chance to finish school and get a proper education due to lack of money back in her country. When my brother and I graduated high school, I know my mother was proud of us. Being the first in our family to finish high school, it was a very big accomplishment. Now I am perusing a college education, working hard to be successful and I owe everything to my mother. "She will forever be a warrior, and I am proud to be a product of her greatness" (Jacobsen, 45). She sacrifices so much for my brother, and me. I admire her so much; I am the woman that I am now because of her. Without her sacrifices, her hard work, and dedication I would not be where I am now. Since I was a little girl, she taught me how to be independent and hard working. She always pushed me to strive for better and to be successful. I owe everything to my mother. She came to the United States with nothing and she still is a hardworking and humble woman. Everything I do is because of her. I want to be able to return the favor for everything that she did for me. Her sacrifices will be worth
Over time, I have had numerous individuals who have influenced various aspects of my life. Their personal characteristics, accomplishments, and values have influenced me in a positive way. They help shape the way I am in the present and what I will be in the future. They are someone that I can look to for advice in a hard situation and know that they will give me words of wisdom. They will never judge me on my past mistakes, but only look to help because they really do care about me. But, when reflecting on truly personal influences in my life, no one has made a greater impact than my father.
In addition to being influenced by church and religion, I have also been influenced by my family. My parents have always been there for me and supported me in all I do. They encourage me in my schoolwork as well as my extra-curricular activities. They attend all my concerts and things I participate in including church activities. My grandparents have also influenced me in what I am today. My grandfather is a minister and has always encouraged me to do well and have high morals. They have always done special things such as taking me on trips to show me how much they love me. My sister has also helped me be the person I am today. She has been a role model to me in many things. She has encouraged me to do well in school because she excelled and was valedictorian of her class. She also has an outgoing personality and has been a role model socially.
Also, she has always been a good friend to me and I will never stop thanking my mother for what she represents in my life. Moreover, I am glad that my mother is my role model because without her in that place I don’t know for sure if the person I would have followed would be as good as she is in fulfilling this task. A good role model is what everyone should have
One of the most important people in my life is my mother. My father passed away when I was 14 years old. My mother took care of me by herself. She taught me to complete my studies and to do well in school. My mother instilled in me if person wants a good life it takes hard work and patience to make something happen. Also, she always says be kind for every body and help anybody in need if you can. Making people around me love and respect that will make me happy. I sill remember when she said to me, do not be shy, connect with everybody. She told me I may meet good people that can help me and that I may encounter bad people, but I will not meet anyone if I do not try. It has been very hard
I think the most influential people in my life are my parents. They are always there when I need them and sometimes when I think that I don't. They have taught me the value of honesty. I feel that they are the soul reason why I turned out the way I did. I don't drink or do drugs because they have taught me they are wrong and unhealthy. I was taught to respect my self as well as others.
...mportant person in my life and I know that she will be always there for me with help, her love, and her care. She’s a wonderful person, she admires the beauty of life, and as a result she is always in a good mood. Now, like my mother, I’m a positive thinker, and I am a creative person who believes life is what you create it to be. I also know if I have to make any big decisions in my life, I can always ask my mom for advice because she has the wisdom and experience. I also know that she will tell me the truth even if it is not something that I want to hear, but she will tell me with kindness and without any judgment. My mother is my role model because she does so much for me; she gives me everything she has just to make my life easier. I love my mother and I am so thankful that she is the way she is. My mother is always there for me and I would do anything for her.
