Overcoming Oration Heights, spiders, and public speaking are amongst America’s worst fears. Three out of four individuals are devoured by the apprehension of public speaking, and in most cases public speaking is feared even more than death. I, unfortunately, was no special case to the principle, and it was an everlasting issue that proved to be difficult to unravel. Ever since I was a child, I have always had a serious case of glossophobia, (fear of public speaking). Voice shaking, tomato red cheeks, and sticky hands were all too familiar side effects of my trepidation. As I grew older, I never truly grew out of it, and I kept having these issues for the majority of my academic career. This obviously turned out to be all the more an issue
