This complex changing business world requires organizations to recognize the best approaches in order to stay competitive and reach organizational success. Many companies are considering that downsizing and outsourcing are the best solutions when they are in dilemma, hence, destroying the culture of organization and motivation of the present workforce. Another way that organizations are realizing to be effective is developing an organization motivation plan and turning the employees into key asset to achieve organizational objectives.
The scope of this paper includes the organization motivation plan for my company that manufactures small widgets. Although there is a high revenue and growth potential, the costs and time for delivery have been increasing due to low quality of products. Motivation plan is to promote high job satisfaction, high productivity and high quality work as well as low employee turnover. What is more, methods to motivate all employees including minimum wage workers, as well as the analysis of the relevance of individualism and teamwork are discussed. The final part of the report has recommendations that are proposed to improve growth and profitability of the company.

Organizational Motivation Plan
The internal power of humankind that drives him towards performance in the organization is motivation. Motivation is demonstrated and measured by a number of theories and these explain the reasons why people behave in a certain way. As mentioned before, clever management does not simply outsource or cut back the workforce, but seeks other, more successful ways to increase the workforce productivity by analyzing and choosing better approaches. Employees need to be trained on how to successfully utilize to achieve given tasks in a timely matter with expected outcomes. As changes take place in the technological matter of the company, growth and profitability can be enhanced and company staff can accomplish its objectives successfully (Gateway, 2013).
Conclusion
Company’s common goal and objectives are achieved through the teamwork of workers in every level. When highly adaptive and modern motivational plan is created, the company can strongly compete in today’s complex business environment. The long term of success comes from employee satisfaction, involvement, high-quality service and their positive attitude towards the company itself and those can be shaped by developing an effective organizational motivation plan.
