America is where "all men" are equally created. Individuals have the right to live without anyone telling or denying them the American Dream that everyone is trying to reach. As a human being comes to America to have a successful path to keep the family in a good economic standing and future generations to prosper in their future encounters. Many people come to America because it is the only country that is mainly multi-cultural. No one should deport people out of the country if the certain culture of America is found on people moving from their home country to find something new. There is a possible outcome of failure and crimes as any other country deals with, but that should not stop people to envision the big picture. They do not acknowledge the benefits of the new era. It has been an issue in regulating the law that applies to open borders. After World War I, congress passed The Quota Act in 1921 for the protection of national security. Yet, the effects of the Quota Act in 1921, which is known as “The Immigration Act” led the United States to several historical events. According to the article “The Immigration Act of 1924 (The Johnson-Reed Act)” from the office of the historian stated, that the Great Depression and World War II followed The Quota Act from 1921. Additionally, United States passed the emergency provisions to avoid conflicts of its new immigration laws. Therefore, in 1952 the Congress revised The Immigration Act (par 7).
