Olive Garden Olive garden, is the best restaurant when it comes to the best service, atmosphere, and especially food quality. Olive Garden exceeds expectations in all categories. Being around for thirty years, this family oriented restaurant is still flourishing with a stable flow of content customers. I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions, mostly with my family. With it being mostly a dinner place, Olive Garden is also a great lunch place. Every visits turn out to be satisfying.

One of the reasons why Olive Garden is still going strong is because of their excellent recipes as “It’s the third-biggest restaurant chain of its kind, by sales”(Vara 5). The Fettuccine Alfredo for example, hits the bar for perfection due to its creamy and deliciousness. With that being said, one also have the choice to put shrimp or chicken on it. With the multitude variety of food they have, the Fettuccine is the favorite. In addition, this includes Appetizers, soups, and salads, entrees, and desserts which all have something that will interest you regardless what you do or do not like. Last but not least comes the service quality. While everyone is different, I am not stating that this restaurant has been perfect every time I visit but good enough to satisfy one’s need. The hosts have always been accurate every time I decide to pay a visit. The food tend to be ready in a timely manner, with the employees often checking on you to see if anything was needed.
From a 1 to 10 scale, 10 being outstanding, I would certainly give it a 10. This place is excellent whether you’re with family or just out with a friend “Always clean great service and food”(Ron 1). Just like the saying, for all nice things one has to pay the price but luckily, you will not have to spend a fortune in order to eat something. I reviewed both restaurants on the same criterion: service, food, and venue. The service at El Tapatio ranked five stars compared to the rude service that I received for the light English speaking server at El Espolon. Juan, our El Tapatio waiter, was kind and always approached with a smile. He was accompanied by his coworkers who brought other things to our table, but he wanted to make sure that we were always alright. He always came to check on us and made sure that we were doing just fine. Marco, our El Espolon waiter, was rude and could not understand anything that i was saying. I give ten points for being an authentic Mexican but here in Missouri, we do prefer our servers to understand us. Marco was slow at taking our order and always got our drinks confused as well as our food. I asked for a sprite to drink due to my preference of not drinking caffeine, and was brought a Coca-Cola four times before I spoke to a manager about my mishaps and finally receiving my rightful order.
Fine-dining, exceptional service and a robust history is a tall order for a restaurant. Many restaurants have tried to meet these criteria but few can truly say they have achieved it; Mary Mahoney’s fills the order. Do not compare Mary Mahoney’s to the seafood restaurant chains or the typical tourist trap, Mahoney’s is a true experience in local cuisine.
When walking into the lobby, one will be greeted with a smile and be treated like family. They have a lovely dining room, filled with old family photos, which creates a real homey feel. In the center of the dining room is a grand family table. It’s great for family seating or a big event. When taking young children to a restaurant, many customers have difficulties having children happy or calm. At Carrabba’s children can expect to be entertained by receiving the “Bambini menu” (kid’s menu) and pizza dough to play with. Customers also have an option to sit front seat at the kitchen counter, where they can interact and watch the chef create the delicious meals. Patrons can also chose to sit at the bar with availability to television screens or have a more private setting. The kitchen also omits wonderful smells, making one think that they’re back at their mother’s house for dinner. The ambience of Carrabba’s can create a home away from home feeling, that will surly make one feel homesick when they haven’t visited
Dave Thomas an American restaurateur and a philanthropist once said, “It all comes back to the basic. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.” (thomas). Everyone can agree on Dave Thomas, but I have a couple more criteria to add to his idea of a great successful restaurant. If I go out to eat I might as well pick a place that, though may be expensive, has scrumptious food because why bother going to spend money on food you can make yourself? A great restaurant has to meet three of my criteria’s: the Décor and atmosphere, impeccable service and cleanliness, and most importantly the food.
Olive Garden always has a warm welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy dinner with your family. The waitresses and waiters are always respectful and care about your needs as a customer. On my many occasions to Olive Garden the service I get is always exceptional. I have a toddler and my servers were always very patient.
When looking for a restaurant with excellent service look for a Carl’s Jr. Carl’s Jr. has amazing customer service where the employees always have a smile on their face. At Carl’s Jr. they have a friendly atmosphere. Along with having a friendly atmosphere which leads to having great service, they have a safe feeling environment.The safe feeling environment makes all customers want to come back. They are always willing to take suggestions to make them better
Despite their small space and slightly outdated decor the staff and customer services at Tony's family diner is nothing less of spectacular. Everyone at Tony's always has a big smile and a warm inviting presence helping create the classic atmosphere feel even more like home. Although the menu is small, the choices are outstanding and varied. Tonys offers a menu for each meal of the including a special for each meal.
One quality that is involved in a restaurant is the atmosphere and the positive energy it gives off. Considering the Western theme, they have the restaurant well decorated from the entrance, to the place where you sit. The walls are painted with tumbleweeds on them, with great lighting that allows you to see, and not go blind. The plates and silverware are very nice, as is the food that goes into them.
Apparently one of the other costumers saw one of the employees spit in someone else’s food and they got caught and I’m sure they got fired from their job that night. You know I understand that any business will have good things and bad things about it. But it was not a good night to go there, the food was good but people who work there were just rotten. Luckily after going to same Olive garden again those employees weren’t seen again. The positive things about Olive garden is that the food is amazing. It would be the best cooked meal I had in a long time. The spaghetti and baked chicken of theirs I remember it tasted heavenly. I mostly eat what I had before and I don’t try anything new that much. I also remembering that their drinks were great. After those employees were fired they hired new staff. They were much friendlier and they much more pleasure to be around. They made our stay a good experience in the restaurant so those are the pros and cons of Olive

It was a very nice waterfront restaurant featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. I read Yelp reviews before going and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect as some reviews were great whereas others were absolutely awful. I chose to sit outdoors due to the amazing weather and view the restaurant had to offer, along with live music. I went around noon and had to wait about five minutes for a table which wasn’t an issue but it took approximately ten minutes for a waiter to even come over to my table to offer me a drink, which in my opinion, is not great guest service. The service was overall very slow they were not very well organized and seemed very understaffed. My waiter was a very nice, young gentleman but was very uneducated when I proceeded to ask him a few questions about the menu and what he recommended to eat since it was my first time dining here. I ended up ordering the blackened salmon salad and it was pretty tasty but nothing really exceptional. I asked for a side of dressing and the waiter completely forgot about it and by the time he was reminded, I was already done and ready to get out of there. He apologized and offered me a free desert due to the poor service I was receiving and I decided to decline the offer and told him I’ll just take my check.
