The European Union is the unique education which is taking place process of political formation. It can be considered as version of the answer to present calls as within united Europe there is an opportunity for the participating states to solve key problems of social and economic, political, cultural, ecological development and questions of internal and external security. In the XXI century, after semicentennial development of the European integration, EU I turned into one of the main and most developed centers of the modern world. The share of EU in a world gross product exceeds 20%, it is the share of it nearly a quarter of world trade. EU plays the leading role in rendering the technical and financial assistance to developing countries. Today EU, having endured four waves of expansion, includes 27 countries: Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Great Britain, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden-15 countries of old members - and 10 countries - new members or mladoyevropeyets: Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria.
The European Union at the present stage is the powerful geopolitical and economic center of the whole world, the West European states are connected by strong bonds of the right of communities and the general integration institutes, and also the closest economic relations embodied in uniform domestic market. At the same time life puts forward new problems in front of Western Europe, creates new calls, both external, and internal which demand the early and adequate reply.

... - from other member states). Each member of the commission is responsible for a certain sphere of policy of EU and is the curator of one or several divisions of the Commission - the General Managements knowing separate activities of EU or its relations with separate groups of the countries.
The commission plays a key role in ensuring daily activity of EU directed on implementation of fundamental Contracts and decisions made according to them. She develops and offers necessary acts and the action programs, and after their acceptance controls their implementation. In cases of violations the Commission has the right to resort to sanctions, including EU appeal to the court. The commission possesses own powers and the right of decision-making in various areas of policy, in that framework which are defined by Contracts. She knows EU finance - the budget and various funds.
