There are many human rights that individuals are entitled to no matter where they live or where they are from. According to the article, “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, the United Nations saw the importance of individual rights and developed a declaration stating the human rights of every person. “Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 General Assembly resolution 217 A as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations” (Universal Declaration of Human Rights). Obamacare violates religious beliefs by forcing organizations and companies to provide health insurance for unethical services that are against what they believe.
