Discuss the connection between nutrition and disease. Be sure to include information on chronic diseases, as well as malnutrition and other leading causes of death. What you put in your body can have a direct affect on your overall health, if you eat healthy like fruits, vegetable and grains you will be helping your body from health issues like high blood pressure and from having your arteries to clog bring serious heart conditions such as heart disease. Proper nutrition can protect the body from some of these disease and possibly making a person life span longer by a few years.
