I haven't had this problem in a while ... the way I was able to fix it was to uninstall the driver like you would normally uninstall any program, then went to my computers device manager and found my interface under "Sound, video and game controllers", then right-clicked and uninstalled.(Note: Normally when you do this the computer will have to restart so make sure you don't have anything open that needs saving.) Disconnected my interface, re-booted my PC and installed the driver... when I plugged my interface back in everything was working fine. (Note:This has only happened to me on Windows
