Unit 8: Assignment
July 06, 2015
The human body is everything that makes up, well, you. The basic parts of the human body are the head, neck, torso, arms, and legs. Our bodies consist of a number of biological systems that carry out specific functions necessary for everyday living. The following paragraphs are going to explain the functions of two different body systems.
At the age of six, I used to play in the sandbox for hours, building civilizations with sand, twigs, rocks and water. Later, my interest shifted to learning about how governments function after I saw President Clinton walk down the White House lawn and give a speech. Once, I won the Best Delegate award at my first Model United Nation’s conference, I discovered my creativity in the sandbox could be applied to policy planning. This revelation led to my ambition of wanting to become a transcultural leader known for being a geopolitical pioneer and effective mediator.
The stimulation we had to do for class focused on a piece of land in Cleveland OH that once belonged to a nuclear factory. This land consisted of 4 acres in the north-central section of Ward 12, and adjacent to ward 3. The allotment is positioned closely to many low-income segments of the South Broadway neighborhood. The goal was to come up with an idea on what should replace the decommissioned factory and create the biggest benefit for the community.
Our mission is to provide our customers with the best products and services that we have created a new market space for. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and taking what used to be multiple purchases of software into one operation system. That can increase many aspects of the important sectors within the restaurant industry. I.e. decrease employee-training time, increase outputs, real-time record keeping ‘including inventory’, and more.
At the end of the interview the teachers were given the opportunity to give their opinion on the following question. Would you like to see any laws or processes improved or changes to help increase the betterment of teaching students with ID or special needs students as whole community? Ms. Foster stated (personal communication September 16, 2015) that as a society we need to find a way to increase resources for ALL of education and its students. We can’t keep making cuts. We have to keep meeting the needs of our students, all students, special needs and general education. Ms. Fairchild-Romero followed that sentiment by saying (personal communication September 15, 2015) we need to strive to find resources for education. We cannot continue to
When it comes to education, it is about helping people discover, refine, and develop their gifts, talents, passions and abilities; and then helping them discover how to use those gifts, talents, abilities in ways that benefit others and oneself (Bull, 2015). However, with education, there are many places where this does not happen and learners may fall between the cracks. Schools are heavily measured on testing, student outcomes and student numbers that it has become the main focus to excel the school district—but what about the students? I recall a time where I was sitting in a classroom and the teacher was going over a math lesson. Many students struggled and were having a difficult time following along with the task. The teacher started
After taking this test I proceeded to add up my numbers to find out my test results for the test. Before finding out the total score I was anticipating my number to be high, due to the fact that I have always been told I am a sensitive person! I tend to be slightly more in touvh with my emotions and sometimes can’t reel them in. I also find myself very uncomfortable around loud machines, such as motorcycles or off pitches. Yet at the same time I almost find myself right on the line, I do not like large loud crowds of people, unless I know the people I’m surrounded by. So to no surprise my test results reveled a 142-test number. What was surprising is when I continued reading and read about most people with a high score are compared to being
On September 15, we did a group project where our goal was to figure out the equalities between the many objects that were given to us throughout the class. I am writing about the section in 7 through 9 that all had to do about the pebbles of different colors, the pebbles of the same color, and the M&M’s that dealt with all different colors.
This has been a challenging course overall. However, I feel like I’ve grasped the majority, if not all, the topics we have covered. While I may not be a master on the subject matter, yet, I feel that I am at least meeting the requirements expected for the course. I’ll see if this is reflected when I take the review exam later in the week.

A ZoneId Class is used to recognise the rules used to convert between an Instant and a LocalDateTime. The two different ID types follow:
