Roder, David, and Spielman, Fran. “Condo, town houses planned near Cabrini-Green.” Chicago Sun Times. 30 May 2002.
In the Late nineteenth century the population was growing at a rapid pace. The country had people flooding the biggest cities in the country such as New York City and Chicago. These populations were gaining more and more people every single year and the country has to do something to make places for these people to live. The government would go on to create urban housing programs. These programs were created to make homes for these people to live in. At the time it provided a place for people to live but as the populations grew it became a more cramped and rundown area because of the large populations in one place. These reforms eventually led to these areas becoming dangerous, they were rundown, and it created a hole that was difficult for people to get out of.

Irelands National Roads Authority is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving the national road network.
The roadway devoured and divided neighborhoods, cut off the city from waterfront, and created confusing traffic situations below. In 1954, it was decided to sink the rest of the roadway underground. Once completed the artery was able to handle about 75,000 vehicles a day. However, a lack of breakdown lanes, an abundance of on and off ramps, and numerous sharp curves makes the artery a treacherous drive. Residents were so unhappy with the Central Artery that officials decided not to build the Inner Belt. That meant that the Central Artery had to handle all of the traffic that was meant to be split between the two. This only exacerbated the existing problems. By the 1980πs conditions on the road had worsened so much that officials were forced to once again step in. Toda the Central Artery carries 190,000 vehicles a day. It has an accident rate four times the national average for urban highways, and is backed up bumper-to-bumper six to eight hours a day.
...ncil only built 29 homes last year. Lots of houses tied up in NAMA that could be used. In my own constituency of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown there are currently - properties that could be used. What is required is a large scale social housing development last seen since 1932. A large quantity of social housing that was previously owned by Dublin corporation and Dublin City council were privatized Public housing private financing joint ventures may need to be pushed if the government cannot be coerced into building large scale social housing projects. Municipal housing associations . Mention gentrification maybe tie the 'no rent supplement' issue into this. Dun Laoghaire Rathdown county council favours this because more affluent tenants means more money for the council's budget, a larger volume of social housing would mean a larger amount of not paying property tax.
They are also seeking to expand by offering condominiums and apartments, in addition to renovations and remodeling services. They were the winner of the 2013 Good Design Award.

The development of every nation hinges on the effectiveness of their transportation systems. Movement of goods, services and people to and from locations is made possible by transportation systems. The importance of effective transportation systems cannot be over-emphasized. Many countries face transportation problems and my country Ghana is no exception. A trip of about 30 minutes usually takes about an hour or more due to traffic jams. This is seriously impacting productivity and has become a topical issue in the country. The situation is the same in Uganda where I currently work. To this end, Transportation Engineers are needed to design roads/ highways that will stand the test of time, plan effective traffic management systems to reduce
