There are many beverages available to drink through out the day with varying prices. After a long muscle aching work out at the gym, a scorching hot, like the oven, summer day at the beach, or just looking for a cold refreshing beverage to drink through out the stressing day, there is no other choice that fits the requirements of ice cold, thirst quenching, crystal clear water. Ice cold water is not only need to quench your thirst but also, for medical reasons such as proper maintenance and lubrication of your organs and joints. It assists in the purification, removal of toxins, and waste from your body. If you are looking to lose weight, it also contributes to that. Water is a very essential liquid that everyone needs more than they realize.
The human body is estimated to be composed of 60-70% water. The human body can live for weeks with out food but only days with out water. Water is found mainly in the blood, muscles, lungs and brain. Water is used by the body to maintain its temperature during daily activities and when exposed to extreme temperatures such as vigorous exercise. Water regulates core body temperature through perspiration when we sweat and internally on a cellular level. The average person will lose approximately 2.5 liters of water per day through normal body functions (“Healthy Eating Club“)One liter of replacement will come from food and the rest will be required to be replaced with beverages.
During exercising the demand for water increases to insure replacement amounts are adequate. It is recommended two hours before taking a one-hour nature walk, to consume at least one tall refreshing glass of water and after another glass. Hydrating is very important to your body's ability to function. Your body must intake water as we constantly let off water as said i pg 1 of ‘Strange but True: Drinking Too Much Water Can Kill’ it states “At every moment water escapes the body through sweat, urination, defecation or exhaled breath, among other routes.” As it's been told that water is good for you and needed no one has ever thought of actually being able to overdue it. Lately, the trend is that nearly everyone carries a water bottle with them and sips all day long. But what does water really do for the body? Water is an essential nutrient that our body requires every day. Without water human life cannot be sustained. Water deprivation kills faster than lack of any other nutrient. People do not think of water as a nutrient and don’t realize the important role of water in the body functions.

Any individual that leads a healthy lifestyle will say that healthy living is more than just a fad or goal, it’s a way of life. Changing certain aspects of one’s current lifestyle to become healthier is not the final goal, rather, the objective of setting these short and long term goals is maintenance.
