What would it be like if someone were to fall asleep, and wake up in a completely different place? This is what happens in Nightmare Academy. The book has a great ability to grab attention and make someone second guess their thoughts on any character, as well as make the impossible seem possible. In this report, there will be an explanation of how the book is able to grab someone's attention, as well as how the book would make a person second guess the characters, and finally, how the book is fictional yet lifelike, or in other words impossible yet possible. But first, there will be a basic summary of the book. The book itself is about a boy Elijah and a girl Elisha who live on a ranch with there parents in Montana, where they enjoy riding their horses around their ranch and in the mountain. Since the main characters were at an academy, there were lots of other teenage characters in the book. This lead to there being lots of chaos, because not everybody got along. There were lots of battles between the dorms, and people stealing other peoples stuff, so it would be common for someone to change their opinions, or think about their opinions on the different characters. The students aren't the only ones someone would change their opinions on, the teachers also what they seem. The day after Elijah and Elisha get to the academy, they start their daily classes, which are math, science and all the usual subjects you would take in school, therefore opinions are quickly made about teachers, who the strict ones are, and who the nice ones are. As more things start going on, and teachers start changing, thoughts also start to change what the teachers are really like. The books ability to make thoughts about a character change, but there is one other thing that makes your thoughts about the story
