The world we live in absolutely loves the convenience of the mighty powerful internet. We, as a society, have actually become addicted to this lovable convenience. Some say the internet has brought them close to certain people and others will say it has driven them away from certain people. The internet has consumed the lives of many children. The internet is available 24 hours a day therefore a person never has to wait for availability or for an open time. Every time new information becomes available, it is immediately published on the web. The internet is becoming more and more important for nearly everybody because everyone will eventually have to log onto the web in some sort of way. Most people need access to the internet, whether it is to take an online college course or to take an online test for a job. Many jobs only accept applications by internet only therefore it is very important that the basic skills are learned. Many jobs use the online application as the first test that needs to be passed. If the application is not completed correctly then the next step in the hiring process is lost. There is a big influence of internet technology on our daily lives. Multimedia, electronic devices and the computers are several things we have to deal with on a daily basis. Children use the Internet also, the majority of the time they play games on the Internet, but sometimes they will learn to do constructive activities on the computer.
