The need for achievement is the first factor of entrepreneurial attitude orientation (EAO) scale. It is defined as thirsty and propensity or serious effort by individual through obtaining a goal or managing things, circumstances, beliefs and criteria of the people (Wilder, 1989). An individual with a high need for achievement it means has a strong wish to be successful, consequently supplementary expected entrepreneurial behavior.
