Nanny Helen who was Preston and Katie's mother was looking out the window as she was dusting in the kitchen. Preston and Katie were laying on the floor watching Looney Tunes on the TV. The ancient house on Finch Street had been empty for a couple years, ever since the Wilson family had moved to Vancouver. The house had begun to be very wretched. No one had cut the grass in the front yard, and the windows were home to many spider webs. "Look kids a moving truck, you might have some new friends" called Nanny Helen. Preston and Katie ran to the window to look. A large moving van was backing up into the recently claimed driveway.
