Philosophy On Education: My Beliefs
Students are the key to our future. In order for them to make sound decisions in life they must be able to understand the consequences for the choices they make. My goal as a teacher will be to make sure they receive the knowledge to make those decisions. I want to be a teacher so that I can mold students to be intelligent, productive citizens in our society. I want to be a role model, someone children can look up to and emulate. I believe I am worthy and capable of being a teacher because I am intelligent, compassionate, and of high moral character. I believe I can encourage students to become the best person they can be. To achieve these goals, there are factors I need to consider, such as: what type of learning environment I will provide for the students, what teaching methods will I incorporate, and whom will my students be.
The students’ learning environment is an important factor to their success. I want to encourage both group and solitary learning. The desks will be arranged in groups of two and will promote a buddy system in the classroom. My buddy system is designed to give students the opportunity to interact with others outside their usual clique. I believe this system will encourage students to become acquainted with new people and new ideas. I also want a classroom with windows. That way, the students could have plants to tend. I believe the plants would promote responsibility and serve as a year round science project. Bulletin boards would not reflect the students’ grade level, but instead they would represent something a bit more advanced. Hopefully, these bulletin boards will stimulate questions, peak curiosity, and get students prepared for advanced subj...

...ds cannot get the one on one care he/she deserves in a large classroom. I would be willing to include students with severe disabilities for some of the activities. However, someone trained in the field of special education will be better equipped and more qualified to teach those students than myself.
To sum it up, my philosophy about education is centered on the students. The classroom will reflect an open, collective, yet challenging environment. I will employ any teaching technique necessary to motivate, encourage and assist my students in achieving their academic best. I want all my students to have an equal opportunity to succeed; therefore, I will strive for fairness in testing, grading and classroom accommodations. Above all, it is my ultimate goal to provide the students with the capability and the knowledge that they will need to succeed in life.
Classical antipsychotic treatments are commonly used to treat schizophrenic patients with major positive symptoms of schizophrenia, such as Thorazine, Haldol, and Stelazine (Gleitman et al., 2011). Antipsychotic treatments are usually administered with a variety of psychosocial treatments including social skills training, vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, family therapy, or individual therapy (Barlow & Durand, 2014). This is to reduce relapse and help the patient improve their skills in deficits and comply in consuming the

I know that as I grow and learn as a teacher my theory on education will change and grow with me. I know that the best thing that I can bring to the table when it comes to being a teacher is the willingness to learn along with my students on what works best for us in our classroom, what is important to us when it comes to learning, and to change what needs to be change in order to have a positive learning environment for my student. The most important thing as a teacher I will bring with me into my classroom is the unwavering desire to help to guide, shape, and above all foster a love of learning in my

If you or someone you care about is determined to beat Schizophrenia, it hinges on compliance in taking the best medication for Schizophrenia. Anti-schizophrenia drugs involve a lifetime commitment. Also, everybody responds to each antipsychotic med in a different way, so that a little patience is necessary in the beginning.
Schizophrenia is a complicated, mostly permanent psychological disorder involving a disturbances in the relation amongst thought, emotions, and behaviour, leading to defective perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality. The National Mental Health Commission makes 10 recommendations, including reducing the use of restraint, seclusion and involuntary treatments. Recommendation 6 states, “There must be the same national commitment to safety and quality of care for mental health services as there is for general health services.”
As for my classroom, it would probably be very busy in regards to appearance and activity. I think surrounding the students with pictures and things of that sort related to class is very conducive to a positive educational environment. I would somewhere have a student prepared locations where students are responsible for researching and displaying a topic probably after presenting it to the class.

There are just as many treatments as there are types of schizophrenia and most come in the form of a pill. No matter the treatment, a person who suffers from the disease will always have a skilled psychiatrist or even a whole team of medical doctors and pharmacologist involved with their health care needs. Some of ...
According to Harvey, P. D., & Rosenthal, J. B. (2016), around 30% of those diagnosed with schizophrenia are resistant to established treatments with antipsychotics. Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic considered most effective in the addressing the needs of this cohort, with at least one third responding to treatment.
My goal as a teacher is to provide children with a rich environment where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel free to express their feelings. My personal philosophy is to respect all children and their families’ cultures, ethnicities, race, and beliefs. I treat each child fairly to ensure that all children feel equally special, have families, communities, and educators work as one.
I believe that education should be looked as as a desire to acquire all possible knowledge, not as a requirement or something that can be formally examined by standardized tests. There are numerous ways that children learn and I want to be able to encourage as much learning as possible for each child. I believe that using many methods of instruction is the most effective way of teaching to these various ways of learning. These methods include group work, hands-on activities, buddy work, etc. Assessment of children should follow the same idea. When children get the chance to perform on different assessments, they can adequately show their strengths and weaknesses. I do not wish to rely on tests only to assess the students in my class. Some types of assessment that I think should be inlcuded in a classroom are journals, presentations, projects and interviews. I also think that the classroom should be run with the help of the children. By distributing jobs among the children and everyone participating in the classroom, the students will form a sense of togetherness. This will eventually create a community within the classroom. I feel that this community of learners is essential for the students to perform effectively and efficiently. They will feel comfortable in the environment and will not be afraid to take risks or ask questions. The teacher will also be a member of this community and will not be seen as unapproachable or as the only leader.
Education is a very important aspect of our lives. It is our education that makes us who we are and determines what we become. Therefore, education is not something to be taken lightly. As a teacher, my goal will be to provide the best possible education for my students. Every student is unique. I must see students for who they are individually and respect their ideas and opinions. Each student has a different learning style. I must take this into consideration because I want to provide a constructive learning opportunity for every student. I believe that every student has the potential to learn.
I believe teachers should serve as role models and be the center of a classroom. In order to maintain that students stay on task and are all on the same page, the teacher needs to serve as a guide and direct the students. I do not believe that students learn best in a textbook based setting, but that textbooks are important when referencing material. I believe all students learn differently and look for new ideas or ways to teach lessons and concepts, so that my students can learn as effectively as possible. I also believe that a teacher teaches much more than the subject. It is very important for students in my classroom to something other than the subject that I teach. I want them to learn life skills that will help them in more areas and aspects of their life other than education. I believe my students should strive for hard work, dedication, and integrity, and go beyond learning just the content of a
