I am Kierra Strickland, I am 22 years old. I was born in Laurel, Ms but raised in Moselle, Ms. I am the eldest child of 3 and I am a new mom to a princess named Kyla McKenzie. My entire life hood has been wonderful. However, I must say this past year has been the absolute best. Honestly, my daughter has been the reason for my abundant amount of joy. Being a mother really made reevaluate my life and change for a better life. I am still collecting pieces to add to my life story. As of now, I have several things that could represent or symbolize how my life has been so far. I would have to say I symbolize my life as a heart, zebra, purple, and then I live my life through the scripture from Philippians 4:13 “ I can do all things through Christ …show more content…

I am a peaceful person and I do not like friction between anyone or with anything. I am usually the person who tries mending broken relationships and advise people on how to solve their issues. I have a clear conscious knowing I have been nothing but great than to hold grudges against someone or something. I must say my ambition needs a little improving but I am very ambitious about being a great mother, making myself proud, and accomplishing something out of life. Last but not least is my daily motto and philosophy in life, which is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Personally I have to retain this in my mind at all times throughout the day just so I don’t fold under any pressure and give up. When I think about this scripture it’s like a ray of sunshine, all anxiety is gone and I feel like I cannot be defeated. The way I look at is it that with God on your side nothing is impossible because all of your help comes from him. So I know if I put him first then everything that is for me will happen just for me. Furthermore, as the days go by I learn more and more new things about myself that I didn’t know the day before and I am quite sure that a year from now I will probably have about 4 more items to add to this list but for right now
